Methodes and process when adding spoken language level score in recruiting new talents
Measures
When using Prolistique you will receive a score card pointing out the CEFR score on five main measures:
> Lexical Diversity
> Vocabulary Richness
> Flech-Kincaid
> Sentence length
> Correctness of grammar
Test results are made available within 6 hours.
Spoken sample
In addition to the individual scorecard, you gain access to the original spoken sample used to generate the score. This allows you to listen and assess for yourself whether the candidate demonstrates the level of speaking proficiency needed to succeed within your organization.

Your company dashboard provides a set of functionalities to both invited team members, purchase test credits and invite your chosen candidates to conduct a language test.
Invite candidates
This is your distribution gateway sending out tests to your chosen candidates. This can be done a a single invite or in bulk.

In this section you are able to invite team members from your company or add test takers/candidates.
Sub sections
In the following three sub sections you are able to see the number of team members, the number of invitations send out, how many of the candidates have actually completed the test for you to retrieve the results.

In the following three additional actions new test credits can be purchased, editing your company data and finally delete candidate data, when a candidate sends a request for deletion of data to comply with GDPR regulations.
